These terms govern your use of VivahAI (vivah-ai.com), an online marriage biodata maker. By using the website or purchasing a download, you agree to these terms.

The service

VivahAI lets you create a marriage biodata in your browser — through a guided form or an AI-assisted chat — preview it in multiple designs and languages, and download it as a PDF, Word document or image. Watermarked previews are free; watermark-free downloads are paid, one-time purchases.

Products and pricing (INR)

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time payments — no subscription, no auto-renewal. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

Your content

The details you enter belong to you and stay in your browser's local storage — we do not run accounts or store your biodata on our servers beyond what is needed to generate your download. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your biodata and for having the right to share any photo you upload.

AI-generated content

AI features (writing, review, translation, kundli report) produce suggestions based on the details you provide. Review them before sharing — you are responsible for the final content of your biodata. The kundli report is provided for traditional and informational purposes only.

Fair use

Do not use VivahAI to create content that is unlawful, misleading, or impersonates another person without their consent, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse the service. We may refuse service in cases of abuse.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
