Refunds & Cancellations

VivahAI sells one-time digital downloads (₹49–₹299, priced in INR). Because delivery is instant — your watermark-free download is available the moment payment succeeds — our policy is simple and honest:

You get what you paid for, or your money back

• If your payment succeeded but the watermark was not removed, a download failed, or you were charged twice, contact us within 7 days with your order ID — we will fix it or refund the payment in full.
• If a payment was debited but the order shows as failed, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment provider, typically within 5–7 business days. If it is not, write to us and we will chase it with Cashfree.

Change of mind

Since previews are free and unlimited before you pay — every design, language and the full biodata are visible with a watermark — we generally do not refund purchases for change of mind after a successful download. If you feel something went genuinely wrong, write to us anyway; we read every mail.

Cancellations

There is nothing to cancel: purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. An order that is created but never paid simply expires on its own and is never charged.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Cashfree and usually reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
